EMPLOYABLE SUNDERLAND HAS LAUNCHED!
Why we started...
EmployAble Sunderland C.I.C was created to close the disability employment gap in Sunderland. As a wheelchair user with Cerebral Palsy, I have faced barriers both when finding work and once in a role. I know how overwhelming it is job - searching, going to interviews and advocating for yourself, asking for reasonable adjustments that you are legally entitled to. After 11 years of being in various sectors, I decided to create a service I wish existed when I was a school leaver. We know the transition from school to work is an anxious time and we are here to support you every step (or wheel) of the way!
